What materials do you use in your collections?
We prioritize natural, high-quality fibers including GOTS-certified organic cotton, Sartuul wool from the Mongolian steppe, and llama wool sourced from the Bolivian highlands.
How should I care for my aiayu knitwear?
Most of our knitwear is self-cleaning due to the natural properties of the wool. We recommend airing your garments outside or spot cleaning. If necessary, hand wash in lukewarm water with a gentle wool detergent.
What is your shipping policy and delivery time?
We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by region, usually taking 2-4 business days for Europe and 5-7 business days for international destinations.
